We recently launched a new funding campaign in order to keep our free, customized education program for North Korean defectors a continued success.
While our work relies on the dedication of our volunteer tutors, costs for managing the program are inevitable. With just a small donation, you can help us improve the lives of North Korean defectors! No contribution is too small to have an impact, so please share the page with your friends and help defectors fulfill their full potential!
What are we doing?
As a nonprofit, grassroots organization based in Seoul, PSCORE is dedicated to empowering North Koreans and improving their lives through education and advocacy. Most importantly, PSCORE’S free 1-on-1 tutoring program has local and international volunteer tutors helping defector students study English and other subjects crucial for their professional and personal advancement. In the process, our volunteer tutors also become mentors and friends to their students, as they continue their journey to become self-sufficient, integrated members of South Korean society. PSCORE’s Education Program has reached more than 700 North Korean defector students.
What can YOU do about it?
While our work relies on the dedication of our volunteer tutors, costs for managing the program are inevitable. With just a small donation of $5 – the cost of a latte – you can help us keep our program a continued success and improve the lives of North Korean defectors today.
