As a NGO with ECOSOC consultative status with the UN, PSCORE has submitted a written contribution for Open-Ended Intergovernmental Working Group on Transnational Corporation and Other Business Enterprises with Respect to Human Rights Session 1. The Human Rights Council adopted this resolution in order to establish and implement internationally legally binding instrument for transnational enterprises and international corporations.
