According to PSCORE sources, the district of Musan is soon to open. Currently, the Labor Party is busy managing human resources in order to initiate the construction.

There was a meeting for the Labor Party’s committee executive members on November 26. The conference was held from 9 to 11 a.m. Although the meeting didn’t officially mention to open the district to China, informal marks were made after the meeting.

The meeting mainly discussed the roadmap for the construction; they will need around 900 workers and few managers for the labor. Members of the Labor Party, discharged soldiers, and college graduates have priority. In the afternoon, the same contents were delivered at ‘the cellular meeting’. Also, another meeting dealt with the same statement the next day. Around 900 work forces are planning to be recruited by December 1 and the construction will start the next day.

 The labor will be managed like a military unit; even the labors will wear military uniforms. The reason is not clear, yet there is a precedent in the previous construction in Pyongyang.

 The blue print for the construction has been almost finished and will be confirmed by December 1. The plan includes road system and new buildings for Musan. The executive members of Musan District said the upcoming construction is Kim Jong-un’s favor over the area.
