Last Saturday, music enthusiasts enjoyed the best indie/rock and hip hop acts Seoul has to offer at Club Freebird. It’s safe to say that PSCORE’s third charity rock concert, Rock Out Vol.3 was a great success thanks to the fantastic bands, dedicated volunteers and of course the great crowd!

Liqueur Brandy kicked off the concert getting everyone going with their own rendition of PSY’s song ‘Gangnam Style.’ They were then followed by our surprise act, Caliph Knight from Samba Mamba, who brought some hip hop beats and lyrical tricks to the table. Wasted Johnny’s continued on the hype wowing the crowd with their stage presence, followed by Space Papa who did not disappoint! Our fifth act, The Roosters kept the crowd on their feet with their upbeat tunes and The Primary closed the event on a perfect note with their folk/rock ensemble. We would like to say a big thank you to the bands for taking part!

PSCORE would also like to take this opportunity to thank those of you who came to show your support for the event and organization; we really appreciate it!

The proceeds from this concert will go towards the funding of educational activities and social programs for North Korean defectors in South Korea. It will also go to activities which raise awareness of the ongoing human rights violations taking place in North Korea.

Be sure to keep an eye out for our next fundraising concert where we hope to see you once again!
